The Latino Officers Chaplains Association South Carolina was chartered in January 2008 from the vision of Mr. Alex Cordero of South Carolina.
Mr. Cordero seeing a real need for an organization such as LOCASC in South Carolina contacted the Latino Officers Association Florida, which had been established since 2002, to assist in the development of a South Carolina Chapter, thus LOCASC was born.
Today LOCASC is made up of Law Enforcement Officers from South Carolina, as well as Chaplains serving God and membership from South Carolina...
